I’m fortunate to be part of the Sotheby’s International Realty network. Not only does it allow me to see some truly exceptional homes on a regular basis, but it also provides me with the opportunity to market my exclusive listings on a local, national and international stage.

When you list with me you’re not only getting exposure here in Rockport and Cape Ann, but rather the entire world. Below are a selection of newly listed homes throughout the world  available through myself and my network of affiliates. I hope you enjoy them.

Gloucester – Stunning oceanfront property located along one of Gloucester’s most scenic and sought after roads. Named “Bella Luna” for the magnificent moonrises over the open ocean, which can be viewed from the privacy of your own living room, or from one of the many decks, this home is truly a rare find. With Southeastern views, the house boasts ideal positioning, as well as direct sunrise views over the water and gorgeous sunset colors in the evening, and is filled with amazing natural light, from dawn to dusk. The rocky coastline makes for dramatic wave action, as well as for scenery of it’s own. With more land, and generous setbacks, than most of the houses on Atlantic Road the home has a surprisingly private feel. The rear of the property abuts the greens at Bass Rocks Golf Club, which makes the already spacious lot feel even bigger. Clean contemporary style of home allows for flexible use: features open living space, master suite with fireplace, deck, views, and bonus space on third floor. The house sometimes remained inhabited for many generations by the same family. The house was one of the first so-called classical buildings in Holland, a new architectural style, following the examples of architecture from the 16th century Palladio and Scamozzi in northern Italy. For more information on this historic estate, click here.
